So I Skipped a Week
Life is busy. Over the 4th, we were up at my sister and brother-in-law's cabin. Matthew always has such fun there. He's a little water kid. Although I did hear about a thousand times "I'm bored" because he couldn't have my phone. He even stirred in the middle of the night and said, "I'm bored." I had to giggle. Here's a few of my favorite pictures of that bored kid from our weekend of the 4th.
Laying around before the parade starts.
Saluting on a train after the parade.
On the boat after our trip to the beach.
We had the family campout this past weekend, which I did NOT hear how bored he was, just how hungry he was all the time and how he couldn't wait to eat. Then two seconds later he would lose interest in that hunger when he started swimming and playing with his cousins. He got to know some cousins that he hadn't met before, which was awesome.
Mr. Attitude when I pulled him out of the pool the first time.
Swimming
Tea and Sean playing.
I'm falling behind in school. Way behind. I need to get my butt in gear. I've also been so tired while driving that I've had to pull over at gas stations or fast food places and sleep for 20 minutes or so in their parking lots. I dozed off while driving twice now, so it's just easier to pull over and sleep for a little bit. Luckily it's only been me in the car when this has happened and it's been an empty road. It's why I've started pulling over, though; I don't want to hurt anybody else. I haven't had this sleeping issue since I've been on Seroquel, and I haven't been on that medication in at least 10 years. This just started after my nurse decreased my Prozac, and I really don't think it's related. It would be an odd side effect to have. I suppose it's worth contacting her to find out about, though.
Sister's week is coming up soon! A full week of just us sisters and our mom getting together and hanging out. It's going to be great family time.
Until next week's dirt...
